Richard Portale accuses district attorney of “intentionally withholding” arraignment filing in Graswald case

In a recent article on people.com, Richard Portale accused the Orange County District Attorney of “intentionally withholding” the filing of the arraignment in the case of his client, Angelika Graswald, thus preventing Graswald from having the chance to examine the prosecution’s evidence against her. Graswald was recently charged with second-degree murder for killing her fiancé, whose body is still missing. Portale also commented that it is very difficult for Graswald to have to stay in jail while the prosecution investigates the case. You can read more about this case by clicking here.
