Driving While Intoxicated Criminal

Portale Randazzo Attorney Kenneth Calvey, a former New York City Prosecutor in Bronx County, achieved victory on behalf of our client last week in a DWI New York State Department of Motor Vehicles Refusal Hearing. Mr. Calvey conducted the hearing and presented expert witness testimony, medical records, and other evidence demonstrating our client suffered from a medical condition to rebut the New York State Police’s assertion she refused to provide a breath sample. The refusal charge was dismissed and her full driving privileges were immediately reinstated by the DMV.
