At 3:27 a.m., authorities begun receiving reports about a car driving south down the street’s northbound lanes. The driver eventually U-turned and was driving the correct direction, but police were already in pursuit. It took the driver a mile before he pulled over on I-684. Police reports indicate that the driver, who said he was lost, likely did not notice the police vehicle.
