Parker’s trial successes include:
- A multimillion-dollar jury verdict for willful trademark infringement on behalf of L’Oreal, the world’s largest cosmetics company,
- The defense of Anheuser-Busch in a bench trial against claims of trademark infringement,
- Securing an injunction on behalf of McDonald’s Corporation following a bench trial,
- a multimillion-dollar jury verdict for design patent infringement on behalf Delta Faucet against Price-Pfister, one of Delta’s largest competitors,
- a multimillion-dollar jury verdict for copyright infringement against retail giant The Limited, on behalf of a small fashion design firm.
Demonstrating discretion and always being mindful of his client’s best interests, Parker has also mastered the art of favorably resolving cases before they reach trial, including resolving preliminary injunctions on behalf of clients including Mastercard, McDonald’s, L’Oreal, Jaguar Cars, Research in Motion, UFC and many others. Parker has also successfully argued three appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, resulting in one reversal and two affirmances for his clients. He has twice had lower court decisions affirmed by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Parker was named a Super Lawyer for over 10 consecutive years.
