At this unprecedented time, we want to reach out and extend our heartfelt well wishes to you and your family. Everyone here at Portale Randazzo, LLP is thinking of those who may be impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19), most especially the healthcare workers and other men and women of service who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for all of us. We also want to unequivocally emphasize that our clients’ well-being and peace of mind is our top priority.
Things have changed significantly over the last week. Many of us are now working from home, courts and schools have closed, events have been cancelled and the grocery store shelves are bare. Regardless of the challenges that are unfolding in the world around us, our priority at Portale Randazzo LLP remains the same: the health and safety of our employees and clients.
To do our part, we’re closely following all federal, state and local government recommendations, and have enforced safety protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) in our offices. As we navigate this dynamic situation, we will be adapting our experience by limiting the number of people in our offices at one time. To better serve our clients, we have implemented remote-work strategies and have reassigned team members to work as fast as possible to respond to all incoming client issues.
As many of you already know, the NYS courts have been temporarily closed for a minimum of 45 days. During this challenging time, we're here to help if you need us. Like most Americans, many of our client’s lives have been impacted by the important precautions and measures undertaken to limit the spread of the coronavirus. Calling and speaking to a member of the firm may take longer than usual during this unprecedented time, so we encourage you to use our digital channels as much as possible. To start, you can find up to the minute coronavirus updates that may affect you and your matters on our firm’s website.
